
A College Station man returns to jail for the third time in less than two years.
According to the CSPD arrest report, officers responded to a home on Navarro Dr. for a civil disturbance. The victim told officers she and her boyfriend got into a verbal argument and she wanted him to pack his bags and leave the apartment.
41 year-old Derrick Moss says the victim threw a lighter at his head and admitted to picking it up and throwing it back at her striking her in the chest.
The victim says Moss also hit her with a TV remote while she was holding their 14-month old son. Moss was charged with assault family violence causing bodily injury and endangering a child.
According to online jail records, Moss is held in lieu of bonds totaling $10,000.
