Bryan Police Investigating Three Incidents Involving Guns

Bryan police is investigating three incidents this week involving guns.

None of the incidents resulted in casualties.

On Tuesday (August 27), there was an exchange of gunfire west of Midtown Park on Cypress Bend Circle. One vehicle was hit during the exchange between someone on foot and someone in a vehicle.

Also on Tuesday (August 27) officers who responded to a disturbance on Webhollow Circle, which is across Harvey Mitchell Parkway from the west Bryan Walmart. The officers learned a known suspect displayed a gun. The gun was not pointed at anyone.

On Wednesday (August 28) south of Bryan High School at Creekside Apartments, officers were told fired a suspect fired a gun into the air. No one was struck and there was no property damage.

Also on Wednesday (August 28), a resident at the Brookside Apartments west of Blinn College reported two windows were damaged from what appeared to possibly be gunfire. Officers found no evidence of gunfire and no evidence of something being thrown that damaged the windows.
