Arrests For Domestic Violence, Naked DWI, Drugs, Sharing Nude Photos, and Biting A Firefighter

College Station police responded to a domestic disturbance during the noon hour Friday in the parking lot of Southgate Village apartments on Luther near Wellborn Road where a man holding his one year old daughter jumped to avoid being hit by a car. 29 year old Pylicia Johnson of Bryan was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and child endangerment. The child was not hurt and the man refused medical treatment at the scene for scratches.

A College Station police officer who found a car that was stuck on railroad tracks in Wellborn earlier this week at two in the morning also discovered the driver was naked, asleep, and had been drinking. According to the arrest report, 19 year old Connor Bond of College Station tried to start his car with a pair of scissors before putting on his pants, getting out of his car, and started running away. Bond is out of jail after posting bond following his arrest for DWI, evading, and resisting arrest. Police responded to a witness report that Bond’s car, heading south on Wellborn Road, was weaving in and out of the northbound lane before it went off the pavement and got caught on the tracks.

The day after a Bryan man was released from parole for biting a College Station police officer, he was arrested for selling drugs out of his home. 23 year old Hector Ocampo Jr. was arrested following a search Thursday by Bryan and College Station police and Brazos County sheriff’s deputies. According to the arrest report, BPD’s drug enforcement team had watched for two weeks what officers thought were drug sales at a house on Cassib Street…off of 28th east of Palasota. Officers seized more than $500 dollars of cocaine, marijuana, and mushrooms, more than $1,300 dollars cash, and a partially loaded .380 caliber handgun with 100 rounds located next to the pistol.

In College Station, a teacher at Timber Academy high school told his principal he saw two students involved in a drug sale Thursday during the noon hour. 18 year old Deanthony Williams was arrested after he told College Station police he gave a friend 23 pills made up of six different prescription drugs (Vyvance, Dextroamphetamin, Fluoxetine, Citlapram, Topiramate, and Phentermine). The street value was estimated at $125 dollars. Williams is also awaiting trial on a charge of cutting his mother with a knife during a fight last December.

In Texas, it is against the law to send anyone what is considered an intimate picture without permission. There was an arrest this week of a Bryan man who sent nude pictures of his ex-girlfriend after she said she did not want them shared with anyone else. The arrest report from College Station police also noted 22 year old Victor Aguilar sent his ex a screen shot of who he shared seven photos.

Biting a Bryan firefighter EMT resulted in an arrest on a charge of assaulting a public servant. 30 year old Trelle Williams was being transported to the emergency room earlier this week when she became combative and bit the fireman’s left hand. According to the arrest report, the fireman was treated for injuries to two fingers and Williams was sedated. Williams is out of jail after posting bond.

A funeral home employee who reported being threatened by a man pounding on his chest and yelling led to a Bryan policeman firing his Taser. According to the arrest report, that happened after 25 year old Jonathan Paine positioned himself in a fighting stance as the officer was trying to take him into custody. Paine is out of jail on bond following his arrest for evading arrest near South College and Villa Maria.
