A week away from the A&M home football opener, the College Station city council has approved game day parking at Tarrow Park.
Parks and Recreation Director David Schmitz that will include self-contained RV’s in the parking lot of the Wayne Smith ballfields.
Schmitz says Wolf Pen Creek Park was also considered, but won’t happen due the threat to damaging the grounds along with reservations from the city’s risk management and legal departments.
