Woman Jailed On Seven Charges Following Robbery At College Station Macy’s Store

The tenth time a Bryan woman is in the Brazos County jail, accuses her of robbery during the noon hour Monday at the Macy’s store.

According to the arrest report from College Station police, 29 year old Tabitha Evans bit the back of one of several employees who trying to stop her from leaving with three separate hand bags containing numerous items of unpaid merchandise.

According to a CSPD news release, another employee sustained minor injuries to a finger.

CSPD officers stopped her car as it was driving away.

According to online jail records, Evans was arrested for robbery and obstruction/retaliation. Bonds on those charges total $18,000 dollars.

Evans is also being held on five warrants from Bryan municipal court. Two warrants are for driving without a license and two are for not having a child safety seat.
