A Bryan man recently released from prison after serving time for a third drunk driving conviction is back in jail.

Texas A&M police arrested 58 year old Phillip Piolet after multiple witnesses saw him urinating on a couch in the basement of the Memorial Student Center (MSC) Tuesday afternoon…outside the choral activities office.

Piolet, who denied that, is also accused in the UPD arrest report of threatening a MSC employee after she said the cleaning cost would be $425 dollars.

Piolet was still in jail Thursday afternoon in lieu of bonds totaling $4,000 dollars.
