Friday update:
There’s been an autopsy on the body of a deceased man found by a College Station public works employee south of Central Park.
According to police, there was no obvious evidence of foul play.
Family members have been notified of the man’s death, but his identity will not be released until additional information is collected.
Investigators say they are still determining the timeline and events that led to the man’s death.

College Station police are investigating the discovery of a man’s body Thursday afternoon south of Central Park.
Assistant Chief Brandy Norris says a city public works employee moving a pile of road base found the man’s body.
Norris says the man’s identity has been determined but his name has not been released pending notification of family members.
There will be an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
