Three months ago, volunteers packaged 1,250 “baby bundles” on United Way of the Brazos Valley’s Day of Action.
Director of Community Development Eleesha Blackwell says there have been so many births, they have fewer than 300 bundles of appropriate books and toys to give to parents of low income households.
In addition to collecting toys, books, and monetary donations, volunteers are needed to package the bundles.
