Two Weekend Arrests On Charges Of DWI With Three Prior Convictions

A Bryan man on probation for his third drunk driving conviction is arrested for DWI Sunday at Lake Bryan. A parks and wildlife game warden found a car that stopped in the middle of the road, blocking traffic in both directions. The driver, 55 year old Rogelio Figueroa Eusebio, remains in jail in lieu of an $8,000 dollar bond. Eusebio is in his third year of a five year probation from a ten year prison sentence after pleading guilty to his third DWI, which took place in 2017. Probation conditions included having an ignition interlock device.

A man who lives south of Waco and has two DWI convictions in Harris County and one in Travis County is arrested on a drunk driving charge in College Station. College Station police responded to a report at 3:30 Sunday morning from a motorist who said they were almost hit at Texas and Brentwood. According to the CSPD arrest report, the driver said he was out getting his wife groceries. He also threatened to injure officers after he was asked to give a breath alcohol sample. 46 year old Ronald Worthington of Robinson, who was taken to the hospital for a blood alcohol test after officers received a court order, is out of jail after posting bonds totaling $18,000 dollars.
