A College Station man arrested nearly three months ago for firing a shotgun at his ex-girlfriend and two others is off to prison. As part of plea agreement, the five year term served by 26 year old Andrew Sausage will also include a two year sentence for Walker County charges of forgery and theft. On April 30, police surrounded Sausage’s home on Mile Drive after he fired a 12 gauge shotgun when the woman was there to pick up her property after ending their relationship.
Another plea agreement from Brazos County District Court involves a two year old case of aggravated sexual assault of a child. 38 year old Brett Bliss of Denton, formerly of Bryan, was sentenced to 12 years.
