A College Station man seen driving at midnight weaving on Rudder Freeway last February has pleaded guilty to his third DWI. The plea agreement with the DA’s office and 45 year old Brad Bruner places him in a state-controlled substance abuse treatment program that lasts between 90 day and six months. That’s followed by a transfer to a halfway house, then to ten years probation. Bruner was also sentenced to six months in jail for violating probation from his second DWI.
