Two People Accused Of Violating Brazos County District Court Supervision Agreements

It’s been more than five years since a former Texas A&M football player participated in an armed robbery where the victims thought they were buying $1,500 dollars of marijuana. It’s been more than two years since Darian Claiborne was sentenced to ten years of community supervision. The week before last, Claiborne returned to the Brazos County jail on charges of multiple violations. This past January In his hometown of Port Allen Louisiana, Claiborne is accused of possessing marijuana, multiple narcotics, and a gun. Bond has been set at $100,000 dollars.

Almost three and a half years after a Pasadena woman participated in the theft of almost $11,000 dollars from a College Station credit union account, she is back in the Brazos County jail. 25 year old Lydia Kinmon is accused of multiple violations of her community supervision agreement. That includes making no restitution or paying any court related fees, along with the illegal use of marijuana, and failing to submit to drug testing. Kinmon, who is held in lieu of a $100,000 dollar bond, pleaded guilty to the felony theft almost two years ago.
