Two women from Galveston County are in or are headed to prison after admitting to stealing almost $3,700 dollars in home security and related merchandise from the College Station Walmart store in September 2018.

On April 8th, 31 year old Shadaysha Little of Hitchcock was sentenced to six years.

In January 2021, 38 year old Kioka Burnett of LaMarque was sentenced to eight years.

The list of stolen items included nine cameras, four smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and six thermostats that can be controlled remotely.
