Two Bryan Men Return To The Brazos County Jail On More Criminal Trespassing Charges

Two Bryan men who have served time in the Brazos County jail for criminal trespassing a combined eight times in the last four years are back after they were arrested together for the same offense last week (October 30).

Bryan police arrest reports say the men were caught in the same parked pickup as in past incidents.

Online records show 35 year old Eddie Parnell Jr. was in jail twice earlier this year for criminal trespassing, serving time between April 23rd and July 23rd then from August 12th until October 8th. Parnell, who was also charged with evading arrest and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, remained held as of November 1st in lieu of bonds totaling $9,000 dollars.

Online records show 36 year old Brandon Desean Benford did time six times for criminal trespassing, serving time between October 1st and November 2nd of 2021, August 26th until September 28th 2023, October 20th until December 12th 2023, June 17th until July 23rd 2024, November 3rd until December 3rd 2024, and June 26th through August 5th 2025. Benford, who was also charged with evading arrest, remained held as of November 1st in lieu of bonds totaling $6,000 dollars.
