A Bryan man is accused of breaking into his ex-wife’s home. The Bryan police arrest report says the ex-wife recorded video of 39 year old Sir-Roderick Shalow after she heard breaking glass in her bedroom and seeking him outside the window. He is also accused of taking her purse which contained among other things key fobs to three vehicles. Shalow was released from his 28th trip to jail May 2003 after posting a $10,000 dollar bond.
A Bryan man who recently finished a 12 month sentence for felony possession of marijuana and misdemeanor burglary of a building returns to the Brazos County jail. A Bryan police arrest report says 22 year old Nathaniel Lopez told officers he entered a pickup truck earlier this month and took a $700 dollar rifle, a $1,000 dollar rifle scope, and a pair of airpods. The arrest report says officers found the victim by tracking down the airpods that were pinging. Lopez was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, vehicle burglary, and theft of the rifle. Lopez remained in jail as of July 24th in lieu of bonds totaling $44,000 dollars. The BPD arrest report did not say if the pickup was locked at the time of the burglary.
