Traffic Stop After Making A Wide Turn Results In Recovering Stolen Car

A College Station police officer making a traffic stop at one in the morning for a car that made a wide right turn led to the driver’s arrest for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

According to the arrest report, 39 year old Kenneth Sammons is accused of handing over a stolen drivers license and a stolen credit card in order to test drive a car that was for sale.

Sammons remains in the Brazos County jail in lieu of a $5,000 dollar bond.
