Update:

Darrell Reynolds was released from jail Wednesday morning, five days following his arrest.

Original story:

A Bryan man remains in jail following his arrest last weekend for disorderly conduct at the Premiere movie theaters.

Officer Kelley McKethan says 54 year old Darrell Reynolds was waving his hand as if he was shooting a gun.

McKethan says those watching the movie contacted an off-duty officer working security at the theater, which led to the arrest.

According to jail records, it’s the third time Reynolds has been arrested in three months…following arrests for public intoxication two weeks ago and in late April.

Comments from Kelley McKethan.
