There will be a runoff to fill a vacant College Station city council seat.
The city of College Station reports 14 mail and military ballots were counted on Tuesday.
While Joe Guerra received six of the additional votes, his total of 1138 left him 16 shy of winning with a majority of 50 percent plus one.
Elizabeth Cunha will face Guerra in the runoff that will be held April 18. Cunha received five additional votes on Tuesday for a total of 737.
David Fujimoto picked up the remaining three additional votes for a total of 325.
Marycruz DeLeon Morales received a total of 108 votes.

That could change when mail and military ballots are counted February 4.

100 mail ballots to count must be postmarked by Tuesday and received by Wednesday at 5 p.m.
11 military ballots must be received by Monday at 5 p.m.
Qualifying mail and military ballots will be counted February 4.
