Texas A&M Public Hearings On Next Year’s Designation Tuition Proposals

Notice from Texas A&M University:

Public hearings regarding Designated Tuition plans for Texas A&M University for the 2016-17 academic year have been scheduled for Monday and Tuesday (Oct. 26-27) by Vice President for Finance and Administration Jerry R. Strawser, with both sessions to be aired via live webcasts for the benefit of interested students, faculty, staff and others who are unable to attend either session.

The Monday session to discuss proposed changes to the university’s current plan for students affected by Designated Tuition will be held in Room 301 of Rudder Tower from 4 to 6 p.m. The Tuesday session is set for 9-11 a.m. in Rudder 601.

Live webcasts of the hearings will be carried on Campus Cable Channel 150: http://ttvn.tamu.edu.

Strawser said scheduling of the hearings on different days and at different times, along with the webcasts both times, will allow the maximum number of interested students and others to participate in one of the sessions.
