Texas A&M police is looking for a known suspect who is accused of stealing money from students.

A UPD spokesman tells WTAW News that nine victims have lost between a few hundred to $3,000 dollars from someone asking to borrow but not repaying money for various reasons like paying tuition.

A UPD news release says federal law accuses the suspect of burglary because they enter campus buildings when they violate a criminal trespass order.

Anyone with information about the suspect in this case or anyone who has been asked to give a large amount of money to a stranger is asked to call UPD at 979-845-2345.
