Texas A&M police is investigating a weekend stabbing and robbery.
According to a UPD news release, this happened on west campus Friday night around 9 in Research Park.
The victim told officers an unknown suspect came up from behind and knocked his phone out of his hands.
That led to a fight where the victim was stabbed in his right thigh.
The suspect fled without taking anything.
The victim…who is a student…went to a local hospital for treatment of what UPD described was a non life threatening injury.
The only suspect description is that it was a man wearing a dark hoodie.
