Texas A&M Men’s Basketball Falls at Oklahoma State, 87-63

News release from Texas A&M Athletics:

The Texas A&M men’s basketball team stumbled in its first road test of the year, falling 87-63 at Oklahoma State Sunday afternoon inside Gallagher-Iba Arena.

Texas A&M (2-1) struck first in the game, but Oklahoma State (2-0) quickly responded with nine-straight points of its own to create some distance early. The Aggies kept things close for much of the half until the Cowboys strung together an 11-3 run with under six to play to extend their lead and eventually took a 43-29 advantage into the halftime break.

The Aggies continued to fight in the second half, but were unable to get closer than 15 the rest of the way.

Marcus Hill paced the Aggies with 14 points, while Ruben Dominguez added nine points and four assists, and Zach Clemence finished with nine points and six rebounds.

The Aggies return to action Friday, Nov. 14 when UCF comes to Reed Arena for a 7 p.m. tip on SEC Network+.
