Texas A&M Football Running Back Moss Arrested on Disorderly Conduct Charge

KBTX reported today that the City of College Station has dismissed the disorderly conduct charge filed against Texas A&M running back Le’Veon Moss. His attorney, Cameron Reynolds, confirmed Wednesday that the city has opted not to move forward with the charge.

Rusty Surette of KBTX reported today that Texas A&M Football running back Le’Veon Moss was arrested this morning on a charge of disorderly conduct.

According to the probable cause statement, Moss “assumed a fighting posture towards an unidentified man.” The arrest happened around 1 a.m. According to the report, Moss ignored the officer’s warnings and continued to shout at the man. He was then put in handcuffs.

Another man, LeDarius Jones, was arrested for his involvement after Moss was put in handcuffs. Jones was reportedly interfering in the arrest.

Moss was released later on Sunday after posting a $300 bond.

Moss led Texas A&M’s rushing attack last year, posting 765 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns. He missed the final four games of the season after suffering an injury in the South Carolina game.
