The College Station police department posts on its Facebook page that three people have been identified in the fire department’s ongoing investigation of an attempted arson at a nightclub.

Neither the police or fire departments have disclosed where or when this happened.

As of Monday morning (September 22), jail records show no one has been arrested.

CSPD initially reported hundreds of people were inside the nightclub when one man entered the kitchen area, turned on multiple gas burners, successfully ignited one of the stoves, and opened a carbon dioxide gas tank before leaving.

That man was seen with a second man and a woman entering the club and walking around the area.
