Update Wednesday 4:45 p.m.:
Two men who ran away from a traffic stop near Millican Wednesday morning are still at large.
DPS trooper Jimmy Morgan says the search has included a DPS helicopter, corrections officers from the Luther Unit on horseback, deputies from the Brazos and Grimes County sheriff’s offices, and local constables.
Morgan says the driver of the vehicle that was pulled over by another trooper did not run off and was arrested.
Residents in the area of Highway 6 and FM 2154, where the traffic stop took place, are asked to call law enforcement if they spot suspicious activity.

One suspect in custody and are still searching for two more after the three men fled the scene of a traffic stop this morning.
Trooper Jimmy Morgan said a trooper conducted the traffic stop shortly after 8 a.m. on SH 6 near FM 2154. The pickup truck was pulling a trailer with equipment on it.
Morgan said it appears some of the equipment is stolen. It is not known if the suspects are armed.
Morgan said residents in the area of FM 2154 and Lometa Lane should stay in their residence and contact police if they see anyone suspicious on their property.
