SECOND UPDATE: Missing Bryan Children Found Safe & Mother Arrested

5 p.m. update:

Bryan police report three children who were missing since 1 a.m. Thursday were found safe during the noon hour in Robertson County.

And their mother is in jail.

According to online records, 26 year old Brittany Noel Moore was arrested on three counts of interfering with child custody.

Bryan police reported when the three, seven, and nine year olds went missing, Moore did not have legal custody.

BPD reported the children were found with their mother in Calvert.

The children are now in the custody of Child and Protective Services.

Children have been located in Robertson County and are safe.

On April 26, 2018, Bryan Police officers respond to 200 block of Bizzell St. for three missing juveniles.

At this time it is believed that the three children were picked up by their biological mother, Brittany Husted Moore age 26 of Bryan, who currently does not have custody of the children.

The Juveniles were last seen at 1 a.m. this morning and discovered missing at approximately 5:00 a.m.

The children are nine year old Chloye Husted, seven year old Alexis Moore, and three year old Rueben Moore Jr.

The Bryan Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating the children.
