For the second time this year, a College Station man has been arrested for improper photography.

21 year old Zachary Callaway is accused videotaping a woman while she was taking a shower. Detectives say the victim’s backyard is concealed and is adjacent to a wooded area, which would have offered Callaway a place to hide.

Officer Rhonda Seaton says investigators found the video in Callaway’s computer, which was seized when he was arrested in May.

Callaway is out on bond from both arrests.

His first arrest, on May 29, officers believed Callaway was standing on a central air conditioning unit looking at that victim’s apartment while a video camera was outside her bathroom window.

Seaton suggests keeping windows covered to prevent outsiders from looking in.

College Station Police Officer Rhonda Seaton visits with WTAW’s Bill Oliver about the second arrest of a man accused of taking improper photography and what can be done to lessen the chance of becoming a victim.
