Before Glenn Brown retires next January as College Station City Manager, he’ll fill a pair of department head vacancies that were announced over the last week.
Brown says filling the Parks and Recreation and Public Works posts will also include a review of the city’s organizational structure.
Internal and outside candidates will be considered for both jobs and Brown will not ask to hire an outside firm to assist.
The city council has not discussed in open session how they will fill the future City Manager’s vacancy.
