Recent Arrests and Looking for Suspects

College Station police working undercover in Northgate Saturday night made five arrests at the same location for furnishing alcohol to a minor. According to the arrest report, one of the five was a bartender and the rest were customers, ranging in age from 18 to 20, who were seen giving shots to others in their group…ranging in age from 17 to 20…who were occupying a booth at The Foundation.

A Bryan woman sought by College Station police has been found. 45 year old Janet Tarver is out of jail after posting bond following her arrest for stealing at least $25,000 dollars from a church where she served as treasurer. According to the arrest report, Tarver created an unauthorized credit card account in the name of the church then had payments made through the church’s bank from March of 2013 through July of last year.

A College Station man was arrested Sunday night for taking lawn and landscaping equipment from the home of a Bryan policeman. The officer was an on-duty when he heard the 9-1-1 alert that was called in by his wife. She said she saw the man in her garage loading a push mower, weed eater, power clippers, backpack blower, and gas powered edger in to the truck of his car. With the lawn mower sticking out of the trunk and the weed eater hanging out a rear window, the car was spotted and stopped at Highway 21 and Texas. 41 year old Norvel Fusilier of College Station remains jailed in lieu of a $30,000 dollar bond.

An arrest warrant has been issued for a College Station man accused of taking a weed eater last September from in front of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority house. College Station police say they have security video showing 34 year old Rudy Gonzales Jr. taking the weed eater off a trailer, then less than 90 minutes later selling it at a local pawn shop.

College Station police has also posted pictures of someone they’re seeking associated with a stolen wallet taken from a vehicle parked April 20 at Lick Creek Park. The pictures show a man using credit cards belong to the victim.
