Prison For 3rd DWI And Probation For 4th DWI

A College Station man who in June admitted to drunk driving twice and assaulting a family member has learned his punishment.

42 year old Ryan Freeman was sentenced in Brazos County district court to four years in prison for his third DWI.

After he is released, Freeman will have seven years probation from a ten year sentence for his fourth DWI.

The probation also includes a conviction for family violence assault with a prior conviction.

Freeman had been out on bond since his DWI arrests in September 2016 and April 2018.
