A Bryan man has entered a guilty plea to rear-ending and killing a motorcyclist four years ago.
31 year old Orlando Yanez, who had been out on bond, was sentenced to three years in prison.
Police say in May 2009, a car driven by Yanez on the freeway between Highway 21 and Tabor Road struck the cycle, killing James Brister of Katy.
A license plate that was knocked off the car led to finding Yanez, who told police he had drank about a six pack before hitting the motorcycle.
