FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) _ The New England Patriots remain one of the NFL’s two
unbeaten teams, keeping pace with the Carolina Panthers.
The Patriots are 10-0 after James White scored two touchdowns in their 20-13
triumph over Buffalo. White put the Pats ahead to stay with a six-yard scoring
run with 5:55 left in the third quarter. He also grabbed a 20-yard TD pass from
Tom Brady, who was 20 of 39 for 277 yards and one interception.
Danny Amendola had nine receptions for 117 yards to help New England become the
16th team since 1970 to open a season with ten consecutive wins. The Patriots
also began the 2007 season 10-0 and continued their winning streak until a loss
to the Giants in the Super Bowl.
LeSean McCoy had a 27-yard scoring run for the 5-5 Bills, who snapped a
two-game winning streak and lost to Brady for the 25th time in 28 games.
