The first of four Houston men charged with the armed robbery of a College Station bank almost three years ago has entered a plea agreement with the Brazos County district attorney’s office.

40 year old Damien Gore admitted to being one of two men who entered the Commerce National Bank on University in June of 2016 and took an undisclosed amount of money. None of the money has been recovered.

Two other men were outside the bank, one serving as a driver and another as a lookout.

Gore’s plea agreement, which he can not appeal, includes a 40 year prison sentence. There is no restitution.

Three co-defendants remain in the Brazos County jail awaiting trial.
