One Arrest From One Of Tuesday’s Crashes On The Rudder Freeway

One of the drivers involved in several crashes Tuesday on the Rudder freeway in College Station was arrested for driving with an invalid license with a prior conviction.

According to online records, 24 year old Matthew Dennis of Bryan is awaiting trials in three other cases of driving without a license.

Dennis, who is out of jail after posting a $2,000 dollar bond, is also awaiting trial on charges of attempted vehicle burglary, felony theft, felony drug possession, and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Dennis was been booked in the Brazos County for the 16th time in the last six years when he admitted to College Station police…according to his arrest report…that he rear-ended another vehicle on the freeway Tuesday afternoon.

No injuries were reported from that collision.
