College Station police reported the signals were restored Tuesday shortly before 7 p.m., or 13 hours after the signals were damaged.

College Station police advise motorists to avoid the William D Fitch and Arrington Road intersection Tuesday morning.
According to a CSPD tweet, a dump truck drove through with its bed raised, damaging two of the signal arms.
The intersection will be directed by hand during this morning’s commute causing delays.
