No Changes Thursday For Commercial Flights At Easterwood Airport

Passenger flights in and out of Easterwood Airport will take place Thursday as scheduled.

Airport manager Josh Abramson says he’s been fielding calls from passengers asking about the status of their flights due to the interment of George H.W. Bush.

Abramson says passengers should add some time getting to the airport due to road construction at the new interchange and increased traffic from visitors in town to view the funeral train.

Abramson says there will be temporary restrictions on most other aircraft Thursday, including general aviation.
