No. 3 Aggie Equestrian Welcomes No. 8 South Carolina

BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION – The No. 3 Texas A&M equestrian team returns home to the Hildebrand Equine Complex Friday at noon for an SEC clash with No. 8 South Carolina.

Friday’s contest marks the 38th meeting between the two teams, with the Aggies (2-1) holding a 26-9 advantage over South Carolina (2-1). In their last encounter at the SEC Championship a season ago, the Aggies secured a 14-6 victory.
Last Time Out
The Aggies dropped their first contest of the season last time out, falling at No. 6 Georgia by raw score, 1592.5 to 1574.5. Kate Egan improved to 3-0 on the season in Fences after setting a new regular season program record with a score of 93 on Giovanni. The performance garnered the sophomore her second MOP honor of the season.
In Horsemanship, Kaitlyn Bloom took home her first career MOP award after logging a 77 on Peppy.
