COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The top-ranked Texas A&M Equestrian team continues its four-meet road swing with a tilt at No. 2 Auburn on Saturday at 10 a.m. CT at the Auburn University Horse Center.

“We are excited for another tough road meet,” head coach Tana McKay said. “Whenever you play the defending national champions, you know are going to face a very good team. They always run a nice show, and we are excited for another test to see where our team is at in this point of the season.”

The Aggies (2-0, 1-0 SEC) are coming off a 10-8 win at No. 8 South Carolina on Sept. 30 and are led by reigning SEC Riders of the Month, sophomore Sarah Orsak (Horsemanship) and junior Maddie Swem (Equitation on the Flat).

Scheduled to compete for the Aggies in Horsemanship are Orsak, juniors Bailey Cook and Avery Ellis and seniors Kaci Fisher and Rachel Lucht. In Reining, sophomore Haley Franc, juniors Madison Bohman and Jaci Marley and seniors Sarah Kate Grider and Sarah McEntire look to keep Texas A&M undefeated in the event.

Sophomore Rebekah Chenelle and juniors Alex Desiderio and Rachael Hake will compete in both Equitation on the Flat and Equitation over Fences, while Swem and senior Izzy Norton complete the Flat lineup and junior Kai DeVoglear and senior Haley Webster will start in Fences.
