Some Of The New Year’s Period Traffic Arrests

Two local drivers making wide right turns who were stopped by Bryan police returned to jail. For one driver, it was his third trip to jail in 12 months on a charge of driving with an invalid license with prior convictions. According to the arrest report, 38 year old Jose Guadalupe Martinez III of Bryan also has 13 suspensions on his drivers license. Another Bryan police officer reported it took four blocks for another driver to stop. 38 year old Eric Crane of Bryan was arrested for DWI with two prior convictions, fleeing, and driving with an invalid license with a prior conviction.

A traffic stop conducted by a Texas A&M police officer last Friday night for outdated registration ended with additional charges. According to the UPD arrest report, when the driver gave a fake name and date of birth, the officer attempted to confirm the woman’s identity. The woman’s attempt to drive away ended when she struck a second UPD vehicle that was blocking the exit from a parking lot in the area of Agronomy and F & B Road. That led to the arrest of 29 year old Bianca Bonner of Bryan for driving with an invalid license with prior conviction, evading arrest, and giving a false I-D.
