A new neighborhood is coming to the Brazos Valley with the wine lover’s heart in mind.
BonScott, LLC is the partnership of the Bonarrigo family of Messina Hof Wine Cellars, Inc. and Bentley Scott Jr., Director of Development and General Manager of BonScott, LLC.
There first project – BonScott Communities, which will offer “inspired neighborhoods with an old world sense of community, character and family.”
The first community, Messina Hof Estates, is located on the corner of Old Reliance Road and Merka Road.
Paul Bonarrigo said this 24 lot community will offer a vineyard lifestyle experience.
“The whole theme of the project is a vineyard and winery estate for very nice homes to be close to the whole wine-type community,” said Bonarrigo.
He also said lot buyers will gain special access to the amenities of Messina Hof Winery and Resort.
“By purchasing a lot, they become members of our VIP club where they have use of our restaurant, wine bar, all the facilities at Messina Hof,” Bonarrigo said.
Bonarrigo said development in the area is inevitable, and their goal is to insure the development creates an attractive part of the county.
