A new adult themed business in Bryan is in its second week of operating out of two tents in their parking lot.
City of Bryan communications/marketing supervisor Kala McCain says staff continues to check in with the operators of Planet K, since the business received a itinerant vendor permit.
McCain says the vendor permit limits what Planet K can sell to what is allowed by the zoning on their property.
Planet K, which was cited for not having a itinerant vendor permit, has also been ticketed for not having a building permit, a sign permit, a banner permit, and a permit to consume electricity.
McCain says the city is working with the businessowner to rectify those violations.
