NEW YORK (AP) _ The 2013 draft has kicked off the NBA’s summer trade
season.Nerlens Noel tumbled out of the top five and right into a trade. After
New Orleans took him at No. 6, a person familiar with the deal says the Pelicans
dealt his rights to the Philadelphia 76ers for a package that includes All-Star
guard Jrue Holiday. Meanwhile, the draft host Nets are reportedly working on a
trade that would bring Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett to Brooklyn.
