Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo went down in the third quarter with a knee injury, and Milwaukee fell to the Atlanta Hawks Tuesday night, 110-88 in Game 4 of the NBA’s Eastern Conference Finals.
Antetokounmpo was diagnosed with a knee hyper-extension, and will likely be out for the rest of the playoffs.
The series is now tied at two games a piece.
