College Station police report a pickup fire during the Monday morning commute began when a semi on the freeway blew a tire.
Three vehicles ended up hitting the tire.
The first two vehicles sustained minor front-end damage.
Remnants of the tire got caught under the third vehicle, which was the pickup that caught fire.
No one was injured.

Monday morning’s commute was slowed by a vehicle fire on the northbound feeder road in front of College Station Ford and Ashley Furniture HomeStore.
According to a College Station fire department spokesman, nine firefighters responded five minutes after the call and had the fire under control in less than ten minutes.
No injuries were reported.
