Three people were injured in a three vehicle crash including a Bryan ISD school bus Monday morning.

A school district spokesman reported the collision was near the entrance of the RELLIS campus.

No students were on board. The bus driver, who was the only person on the bus, and two other people were taken by EMS for treatment of injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening.

The damage to the bus did not appear to be significant, according to the district’s transportation director.

DPS Trooper Jimmy Morgan said the school bus was attempting to cross the highway at Silver Hill Road and crossed in front of a Ford pickup truck.

The truck struck the bus causing the bus to hit a third vehicle.
