Louisville Wins Men’s NCAA Championship, 82-76

ATLANTA (AP) _ Louisville has won its third national championship in men’sbasketball after Luke Hancock hit five three-pointers and scored 22 points inthe Cardinals’ 82-76 win over Michigan. Hancock was named the most outstandingplayer of the Final Four after helping the Cards overcome 12-point deficits intwo straight games. The outcome makes Rick Pitino the first coach to win an NCAAmen’s basketball crown at two schools, 17 years after leading Kentucky to thechampionship.
