A College Station man who told police he did not want to bother them is accused of threatening to fire two shots from his handgun at a tow truck driver.
38 year old Aaron Forester was arrested last Thursday on a charge of making a terroristic threat from a January 21st incident in the parking lot of the H-E-B store at Towerpoint.
According to the arrest report, Forester told police he thought the tow truck driver was stealing a parked vehicle.
He said he put his hand on his gun because he felt threatened by the driver and a witness.
The witness told Forester if he pulled his gun, he would physically assault him.
Forester is out of jail after posting a $2,000 dollar bond.
