Improper Photography Cases Reported to Bryan and Texas A&M Police

Local law enforcement dealt this week with two reports of improper photography.

Thursday morning, Bryan police was notified of an incident at Rudder High School. Officers were told a 15 year old girl made a video of a 14 year old girl using the bathroom as a joke. No arrests have been made and the investigation is continuing.

On Wednesday, a Texas A&M student who works in Hullabaloo residence hall was arrested for using his smartphone to record someone in a bathroom stall. Quoting the arrest report, the victim “observed a phone rise above the stall and angle down toward him.”

University Police Lt. Allan Baron says they know of only one victim.
