Thursday marks the grand opening of the Brazos Valley Aging and Disability Resource Center, which will be from four to six at the Center for Regional Services on East 29th Street in Bryan.
Program Manager Crystal Leon says she’s excited that the Bryan-College Station area is gaining such an asset.
Leon says they wanted to celebrate this new community resource as well as invite the public to come learn about the services that they provide, tour the center, and see the available resources.
She says the group helps people to apply for benefits, make informed choices, and receive long-term care counseling, among other forms of assistance.
BVAGDRC is a program of the Brazos Valley Counsel of Government
