Motorists on the Earl Rudder Freeway are reminded construction resumes on new on and off ramps Tuesday morning.
Northbound traffic is affected this time with the closure of the Harvey Road exit and entrance ramps.
Also affected is the closure of the inside lane of the northbound frontage road.
And the speed limit through the construction zone is 60 miles per hour.
The new off and on ramps are expected to be open in the first week of November.
Total completion is projected by December of 2014.
Originally estimated to cost $11 million, an updated figure from TxDOT is $9.6 million.
